ERC Case No. 2026-098 RC entitled ‘‘IN THE MATTER OF THE JOINT APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF THE 25 MW EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN PAMPANGA II ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. AND SOUTHWEST LUZON GENERATION POWER CORPORATION, WITH PRAYER FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT OF INFORMATION, PAMPANGA II ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. AND SOUTHWEST LUZON POWER GENERATION CORPORATION, JOINT APPLICANTS.”
In this regard, you are all invited to attend the hearings at PELCO II’s Main Office, San Roque, Guagua, Pampanga or virtually via Microsoft Teams Application on:
August 11, 2026, Tuesday, at two o’clock in the afternoon for the Determination of Compliance with the Jurisdictional Requirements and Expository Presentation; and on
August 18, 2026, Tuesday, at two o’clock in the afternoon for the Pre-trial Conference and Presentation of Evidence.
