Step 1: Dumalo sa Pre-Membership Orientation Seminar (PMOS)
Step 2: Kuhanin ang mga sumusunod na requirements:
- Electrical Permit - Municipal Engineers Office
- Electrical Layout (Signed and Sealed by P.E.E.) - Municipal Engineers Office
- Fire Safety Permit - Bureau of Fire (Fire Station)
- Resibo o Billing statement ng pinakamalapit na kapitbahay
- 2 pcs. 1 x 1 latest colored picture
- Sinumpaang Salaysay/Clearance
Step 3: Kapag na kumpleto na ang lahat ng requirements dalhin at ibigay ito sa Consumer Service Coordinators (CSC) o Consumer Welfare Desk Officer (CWDO) sa itinakdang Area Office sa inyong lugar:

Step 4: Hintayin ang Housewiring Inspector na mag inspeksyon sa wiring installation ng inyong bahay. Ang inspector ay maaring mag inspeksyon nang isa o mahigit pang beses hanggang ito ay kanyang aprubahan. Kapag ito ay naaprubahan na ibibigay ng inspector (depende sa findings nito) ang mga listahan ng dapat bayaran sa opisina - Cashier/Teller. Kapag wala pang instruction to pay hindi pa pwedeng magbayad ang aplikante.
