Today, PELCO II, with it's partner Comstech-Meralco, has continuously been striving hard towards the Cooperative progress

As an answer to increasing demand, PELCO II has also enhanced its facilities. To date, it has six (6) substations with twelve (12) Area Offices ensuring easier access and better customer service. It has also sworn on continuous rehabilitation and maintenance of its equipment. The processes are also being revisited, studied, and revised every now and then, to ensure that each has a purpose that benefits the member-consumers and that they cope with the fast paced technological advancement. PELCO II also spearheads consumer affairs which aim to empower its members that will result to empowerment, thus opening endless opportunities for growth.

As it rises from its setback, PELCO II always remembers its social responsibilities. It has constantly participated in social events and gatherings, may it be charitable, environmental, or assistance to fellow Cooperatives that are in need of support. It is committed in providing electric service to the remotest areas in its coverage. Furthermore, PELCO II persistently seeks ideas, promos and activities in order to recompense its members’ continuous patronage.

Kapag nakumpleto na ang mga sumusunod na requirements ay ipasa na ito sa pinakamalapit na PELCO II Area Office sa inyong lugar. Pagkapasa ng mga requirements ay maghintay ng 2-3 araw at pupunta ang PELCO II Housewiring Inspector sa inyong bahay na inyong inaaply. Siguraduhin lamang na tama at eksakto ang detalye ng address inyong bahay upang kaagad itong mahanap ng Housewiring Inspector.

  • Membership Fee - P 5.00
  • Inspection Fee - depende sa sukat ng bahay na pinalalagyan ng kontador
  • Meter Seal Fee - P 25.00
  • Calibration Fee - P 56.00
  • BILL DEPOSIT - depende sa sukat ng bahay na pinalalagyan ng kontador
  • Service Drop - (libre ang 30 meters sa mga Residential)

Ang bill deposit ay ang halagang sinisingil sa mga Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) ng Electric Cooperative kagaya ng PELCO II bilang garantiya sa pagbabayad ng kuryente. Ito ay katumbas ng halaga ng isang buwang konsumo sa kuryente at base sa load na kakailanganin ng konsumer noong siya ay nag-apply ng serbisyo ng kuryente. Maaari itong ihalintulad sa deposito na binabayad ng umuupa sa isang apartment o opisina. Ang bill deposit ay isinasaayos taun-taon base sa average na konsumo ng konsumer sa loob ng labing dalawang buwan.

Kapag na-serve na ang iyong Statement of Account o Electric Bill, mayroon kang siyam (9) na araw upang bayaran ito. Kung hindi pa rin nakapagbayad sa loob ng 9 na araw, ikaw ay mayroon pang 2 araw para makapagbayad. Pagkatapos ng 2 araw at hindi pa rin nabayaran ang bill, maaari ka ng maputulan ng serbisyo ng kuryente.

Maliban sa PELCO II Area at Collection Offices, maaari ring bayaran ang PELCO II Electric Bill sa lahat ng accredited collection partners nito (Bayad Centers, EC Pay & Barangay Collection Centers). Bisitahin ang aming PELCO II Facebook page at website para sa mga listahan ng collection partners ng PELCO II.

Para naman malaman ang inyong current electric bill, maaari po tayong magtext sa PELCO II Bill Inquiry. Sundin ang ganitong format: BILL (space) 10-digit account number.BILL 12-3456-7890 at i-send sa 09190616165 para sa mga Smart subscribers at 09177026707 naman para sa mga Globe subscribers.

Ito ay batas na nagbabawal sa mga illegal na gumagamit ng kuryente katulad ng mga sumusunod:

  • Illegal Connection
  • Flying Connection
  • One line or underground jumper
  • Tampering of meter
  • At iba pa na nakasaad sa R.A. 7832

Kapag ikaw ay nahuli at napatunayan na ikaw ay lumabag sa batas na ito, ikaw ay maaaring kasuhan ng PELCO II at humarap sa mga kaukulang parusa.

Oo, maaari kayong magrequest ng change name ngunit depende ito sa iba’t ibang kadahilanan tulad ng pagkamatay ng PELCO II Account Holder, naibentang pagmamay-ari, atbp. Para malaman ang requirements ukol dito, maaaring tumawag sa PELCO II 24/7 customer service hotline, magmessage sa PELCO II FB page, o pumunta sa pinakamalapit na PELCO II Area Office.
