ERC Case No. 2026-092 RC entitled ‘‘IN THE MATTER OF THE JOINT APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF THE 15 MW EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN PAMPANGA II ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. AND SOUTHWEST LUZON GENERATION CORPORATION, PRAYER FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT OF INFORMATION, PAMPANGA II ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. AND SOUTHWEST LUZON POWER GENERATION CORPORATION, APPLICANTS”
In this regard, you are all invited to attend the hearings at PELCO II’s Main Office, San Roque, Guagua, Pampanga or virtually via Microsoft Teams Application on:
August 19, 2026, Wednesday, at nine o’clock in the morning for the Determination of Compliance with the Jurisdictional Requirements and Expository Presentation; and on
August 26, 2026, Wednesday, at nine o’clock in the morning for the Pre-trial Conference and Presentation of Evidence.
