ERC Case No. 2026-087 RC entitled ‘‘IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF RATE ADJUSTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES GOVERNING THE TARIFF GLIDE PATH (TGP) PURSUANT TO ARTICLE VII OF THE RULES FOR SETTING THE RURAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVES’ WHEELING RATES (RSEC-WR), PAMPANGA II ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. (PELCO II), APPLICANT."
In this regard, you are all invited to attend the hearings at PELCO II’s Main Office, San Roque, Guagua, Pampanga or virtually via Microsoft Teams Application on:
August 7, 2026, Friday, at nine o’clock in the morning for the Determination of Compliance with the Jurisdictional Requirements and Expository Presentation; and on
August 14, 2026, Friday, at nine o’clock in the morning for the Pre-trial Conference and Presentation of Evidence.
